The Westin Tashee Resort, Taoyuan - a perfect family getaway with comfy beds, great pool, and gym, satisfying all our wants with early check-in. Super professional staff, well-equipped rooms, and friendly atmosphere.

It was all superb.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, with a variety of activities available. The gym and pool were great, and the decor of the hotel was superb. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was nestled between the mountains and just a quick ride to the airport. Lastly, the staff was so friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

This secluded resort nestled between mountains offers an ideal location for those taking off early from the nearby international airport. Situated just a short drive to Taoyuan station and convenient stores, this hotel caters well for families with its excellent outdoor facilities including a large outdoor pool area, a mini putt putt golf course, electric car driving track and soon to be open outdoor slides and merry go round. the hotel provides spacious and comfortable clean rooms, complimentary bottles of water, a good breakfast buffet with a range of options, and a Deli offering a small but good range of cakes, bread and drinks.

Some aspects of the service and customer experience require improvement.

Had a lovely Christmas with the family at this resort. The outdoor pool area is spectacular. The resort is located in a beautiful setting nestled within the mountains. The breakfast buffet is impressive with a wide range of options to suit all tastes.

The dinner buffet did not meet our expectations with limited options available and some of the food was cold. The shuttle service is limited, making it difficult to visit nearby attractions without a car.

This romantic escape was amazing! the facilities were great - we loved the indoor and outdoor pools, especially the water slides. the location was also perfect for a getaway as it was surrounded by mountains and a golf course. We also enjoyed the spa services, which were top notch.

the gardener started his work very early, which interrupted our sleep.

the exclusive amenities offered here, like the full body massage and body wraps, fulfilled all our relaxation needs. the spa lounge and sauna were amazing and provided the perfect rejuvenation after a long day. the indoor and outdoor swimming pool areas were stunning and gave us a great time. the restaurant was delicious and had a great selection of food. the treatment rooms were very well-equipped and exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is fantastic in every regard, but there was one minor issue. the service staff was not prompt in attending to our needs and it took quite a bit of time to get what we wanted.
